  1. That IS delicious! Don't you just love a white kitchen? And the brightness of it makes this narrow kitchen space open and bigger than it is. We had a galley kitchen in Boston, and I actually loved it!

  8. You should keep track of the costs of improvements made, as they will be added to the basis of your property. When you sell the property, this will reduce the gain on the sale.
